Bhavin Technolabs Pvt Ltd provides software development, mobile app development, website development, UI/UX design, graphic design, and video editing services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Project Agreement

All projects will be governed by a separate project agreement that will include:

• Project scope and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Intellectual property rights
• Support and maintenance terms

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before project commencement

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the intellectual property rights to the delivered work, except for:

• Pre-existing materials and third-party components
• General methodologies and know-how
• Any materials specifically reserved by Bhavin Technolabs

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose any confidential information without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bhavin Technolabs Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment will be due for all work completed up to the termination date.
