Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel projects subject to the following conditions:

  • Before Project Commencement: Full refund minus any setup or consultation fees (if applicable)
  • During Development Phase: Payment required for completed work and milestones achieved
  • After Project Completion: No cancellation possible once deliverables are provided and accepted

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Project cancellation before work begins
  • Failure to deliver agreed milestones within specified timeframes (without valid reasons)
  • Deliverables not meeting agreed specifications (subject to revision attempts)
  • Technical impossibility to complete the project as originally scoped

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed work and delivered milestones
  • Third-party costs (licenses, hosting, domains, etc.)
  • Custom development work that has been delivered and accepted
  • Consultation and planning fees
  • Work completed according to approved specifications

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a written refund request via email
  2. Include project details and reason for refund
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for review and response
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
  5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Modification and Change Requests

Changes to project scope after agreement may result in additional charges. Major changes may require a new agreement and payment schedule.

6. Service Disputes

We encourage clients to communicate concerns early. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues through:

  • Direct communication and clarification
  • Revisions within agreed parameters
  • Mediation if necessary

7. Force Majeure

Delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.) will not be grounds for refunds but may result in project timeline adjustments.
